We collect only the data that is necessary to fulfill your order and to communicate with you.

When placing an order:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Delivery address (street, city, postal code)
• Dog name (for engraving on the product)
• Selected product parameters (size, color, quantity)

During payment: payment details are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (see the section "Third parties"). We do not request or store full bank or card details, we only receive the payment status.

While you browse:

• Anonymous visit identifier (SHA-256 hash of IP address and browser identifier), used only for conversion statistics
• Browsing events via Meta Pixel (PageView, Purchase) and Conversions API, in aggregate form only to measure advertising effectiveness

• To fulfill your order: manufacture a personalized product, deliver to your address, send confirmations
• Customer support: answer questions, inform about order status, handle returns
• To meet legal obligations: issue invoices and comply with tax requirements
• Cart reminders: if you did not complete checkout, we may send a reminder within 24 hours (you can opt out at any time)
• Measure advertising effectiveness: anonymous Meta Pixel / Conversions API only with your consent

Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interests to optimize the service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

• Order data (invoices, addresses): 10 years in line with accounting legislation
• Cart recovery data: deleted after 30 days if the order is not paid
• Anonymous visit statistics: 12 months
• Email history: 3 years

Payments in the store are processed securely by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). To complete and confirm the payment, the necessary personal data are transmitted to the authorized processor Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We never see or store full card details. They are handled directly by Stripe in line with PCI DSS standards, and every payment is encrypted with TLS. All payments are made in euros (EUR).

Other partners we process personal data with:

• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland), payment processing. Privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
• Resend (Resend.com), sending emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications, cart recovery messages).
• Meta Platforms (Facebook), advertising statistics via Meta Pixel and the Conversions API. We send a hashed email address and phone number (SHA-256 hash), not in plain text. facebook.com/privacy/policy
• Courier services (e.g. DPD, DHL), name, address, phone number are required for delivery.
• Hosting provider (EU data center), server resources for the application and database.

We use a minimal set of cookies that are necessary for the store to function:

• Session cookies: order process state (selected size, color). Expire when the browser is closed.
• Stripe cookies: security measures during payment.
• Meta Pixel cookie (`_fbp`): to measure advertising effectiveness. You can block this in your browser settings or with extensions.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Know what data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of data (where this does not conflict with legal requirements, e.g. the 10 year invoice retention period)
• Restrict processing
• Data portability to another service provider
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local EU data protection authority

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection using HTTPS with 256-bit TLS. The database is stored on a server accessible only to authenticated administrators. Passwords are stored in encrypted form with the bcrypt algorithm.

Bank or card details used for payment are never stored on our servers. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe in line with PCI DSS standards and is protected by TLS encryption.

This notice may be updated if our operations or legislation change. We will inform customers who have placed orders about material changes by email. The most current version is always available on this page.
