Do I need a different bowl height as my puppy grows?

Short answer
Growth does not by itself create a need for a raised feeder. There is no validated universal timetable for increasing bowl height every few weeks. If a veterinary team has prescribed a particular feeding position, ask when that arrangement should be reassessed as the puppy grows.
Separate growth from an equipment requirement
A puppy becoming taller does not establish that its bowl is now too low. Our previous three-to-four-week measuring schedule was an unsupported rule, and an adjustable stand should not be presented as a developmental necessity.
If positioning has been prescribed
Keep the written instructions and ask which measurements or observations should trigger a review. Do not extrapolate an adult dog’s arrangement to a puppy or improvise a stack of platforms to meet a number from an online table.
Check the practical fit
For ordinary equipment checks, look at whether the bowl is stable, accessible and suitable for the food being offered. Difficulty eating or drinking warrants veterinary advice. Buying a taller stand is not a substitute for finding the cause.
