Returns and withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product.

Mambo offers a 14 day money back guarantee with no questions asked and no extra forms. You may also return a personalized item (engraved with your dog's name). We accept such returns even though, under EU law, returns of personalized goods are not mandatory.

• The item must be unused
• The original packaging must be intact
• All parts of the set must be returned (stand, inner bowl, gift, waste bag holder if it was included in the order)
• Personalization with a name does not affect the right to return

• We refund the full amount paid, including the original shipping cost (if it was paid)
• Refunds are issued via the same method used for payment, to the same source
• The refund is made no later than 14 calendar days after the returned item arrives at the seller's address
• Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer

1. Email info@mambo.lt with your order number (for example, B-2026-00123) and a short explanation
2. We will reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions
3. Pack the item in its original packaging and send it by courier to the address provided
4. We will issue the refund within 14 calendar days after receiving the return

The buyer may, but is not obliged to, use a standard withdrawal form. A free form email is sufficient if it includes:

• Buyer's first and last name
• Order number
• Date the product was received
• A clear statement that the buyer withdraws from the contract

In addition to the 14 day right of withdrawal, we provide a 365 day manufacturing warranty. If within one year of receipt the bowl warps, loses its color, or shows a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge and will also cover the return shipping costs.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use (for example, outdoor use, cleaning with abrasive agents, or contact with fire).

If you received a damaged shipment, a product with a manufacturing defect, or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly, but no later than 7 days, at info@mambo.lt and attach photos. We will replace the product or refund your money within 14 days and we will cover all shipping costs.
