Shipping and payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). We accept:

• Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

We never see or store full card details. They are handled directly by Stripe in line with PCI DSS standards, and every payment is encrypted with TLS. All payments are made in euros (EUR).

1. The customer places the order at mambo.lt/dubeneliai/en
2. Selects a payment method in the Stripe checkout
3. After a successful payment, the customer receives a confirmation by email
4. The order moves into production

If the payment fails, the customer will see an error message and can try again. An order is not considered confirmed until the payment has been received.

• Small bowl: EUR 29.99 (incl. VAT)
• Medium bowl: EUR 39.99 (incl. VAT)
• Large bowl: EUR 54.99 (incl. VAT)
• Water bowl add-on: -15% off the base bowl price
• Shipping cost across Europe: EUR 7.99

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT.

• Production (personalization and assembly): within 3 days
• Delivery across Europe: 3-7 business days
• Total time from order to delivery: usually about 6-10 business days

Orders are shipped by DPD or DHL courier services. Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched the same or next business day.

We deliver across Europe to your door by courier. For other destinations, please write to info@mambo.lt.

The customer is notified by email at every stage:

• Order received and payment confirmed
• Production started
• Shipment with a tracking number (provided by the courier)
• Delivery and receipt

The order status is always available in your personal confirmation email and via your secure sign-in link.

A VAT invoice is sent automatically by email after a successful payment. If you need the invoice issued to a company, enter company details at checkout or write to info@mambo.lt.
