A practical grooming routine for the Miniature Bull Terrier: coat care, baths, nails and ears.
The short coat is simple to maintain. A rubber brush or grooming mitt once or twice a week clears loose hair, and a bath every couple of months is plenty. Shedding increases a little in spring and autumn.
White Mini Bulls can sunburn on thinly haired areas like the nose and belly, so limit midday sun in summer. Keep nails short, every 3 to 4 weeks, since heavy dogs with long nails can develop foot discomfort. Check ears weekly and brush teeth several times a week.
