Coton puppies reach most of their adult weight by about nine or ten months and look fully grown in body around their first birthday. Tiny puppies need three to four small meals a day until about four months, as very small dogs can run low on energy between feeds. A puppy that becomes weak, wobbly or unusually sleepy should be seen by a vet straight away.
