How much exercise does a Bedlington Terrier need?
Daily exercise minutes, the activities a Bedlington Terrier enjoys and signs of too much or too little.
Adult Bedlingtons need around 60 minutes of activity a day, including brisk walks and chances to run in secure areas. They are surprisingly fast and love chasing games, agility and lure coursing. Many also enjoy scent games and puzzle toys.
Their prey drive means recall can be unreliable when small animals are around, so use a long line in open spaces. A bored Bedlington may dig or bark, while one that is well exercised is usually calm and affectionate at home.
