How much exercise does a Cavapoo need?
Daily exercise minutes, the activities a Cavapoo enjoys and signs of too much or too little.
Most adults are happy with 45 to 60 minutes of activity a day, shared between walks and play. Fetch, short hikes, puzzle toys and beginner agility all go down well. Toy crosses may be satisfied with a little less; Miniature crosses often have more stamina.
Cavapoos are social at the park and usually enjoy meeting other dogs. Brain work matters as much as walking, especially with Poodle intelligence in the mix, and a bored Cavapoo may bark, chew or become clingy. Walk in cooler hours during hot weather, and if your dog tires far sooner than usual or coughs after exercise, book a vet check.
