How much exercise does a Pomsky need?
Daily exercise minutes, the activities a Pomsky enjoys and signs of too much or too little.
Most adult Pomskies need about 60 minutes of exercise a day, often more for those with a Husky build. They enjoy brisk walks, running in secure areas, fetch, agility and puzzle games. Mental work is just as important as physical exercise.
Many Pomskies inherit a Husky's urge to roam and chase, so keep them on lead in unfenced areas and check fences carefully. In warm weather, exercise at cooler times and provide shade and water, since the thick coat makes them prone to overheating. A bored Pomsky may chew, dig, bark or howl.
